The trains have had 2 coaches added to provide more seats. There is nothing else that can be done to add capacity, apart from building a new railway - HS2.

@cleanupbritain @BuryCouncil Looks like someone hasn’t been emptying that bin. I notice most of that rubbish seems to be from food outlets on the retail park or nearby. Shouldn’t they be running litter patrols to pick up the rubbish their customers leave behind ?

@JaneWardenGray @RefugeCharity Other replies to this thread have indicated groups have tried to do something for men but have never got funding. Women do sadly make up the majority of domestic abuse victims, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen to men! There seems to be a lack of support & empathy for men.

@IanDunt The worst part of this is that it is completely the opposite of the truth. Dependence on fossil fuels is what’s pushed up energy bills to unaffordable levels. The renewable energy required to reach Net Zero is much cheaper than fossil fuels, so would reduce energy bills.

@RealDeniseWelch Indeed. Recently, my next door neighbour, an old lady, passed away. I had never met her but I used to hear her watching TV. I met her son on the night she died & he said he hadn’t seen her during the pandemic to ‘protect’ her. She must have been so lonely. So sad and unnecessary.

From the archive: Class 31 no 31601 waits to take its train from Bletchley to Bedford in the late 90s. I recall the Marston Vale line had briefly reverted to loco hauled trains due to a DMU shortage. The train would have been just two coaches with another 31 on the rear.

She is obviously very stupid to believe autistic children can be influenced into being trans, presumably because she has such a bigoted attitude towards them. Her husband & child are well rid of her !

@mushycrouton GCs also “transvestigated” the female singer P!nk, who has several children by her male partner. Not to mention Daniel Radcliffe’s gf when she was pregnant with their first child. For people who go on about reality, their grip on it is very tenuous at best.
