To the people asking me daily what I do in the event of a power cut now I’ve got an ‘electric’ heat pump. THE SAME AS I DID WITH MY GAS CH BOILER THAT ALSO REQUIRES ELECTRIC TO WORK! I don’t heat my house!

I’ve just done the sums on how much energy sentry mode uses per day (over 7-8 days whilst we were abroad). It’s using 5kWh per day!!!! WTF! And that was in a quiet long stay car park on floor 7, not a main road. #tesla #sentrymode

A question for @PatrickHarvie Cumbria had heavy snowfalls with electric cars gridlocked in snowdrifts. Batteries died. No heating, No wipers, No radio or GPS. How does an electric car recharge in a snow storm? Or do the occupants just die of hypothermia? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just one reason why I think autonomy is light years away in the UK: They can't recognise road signs still. Entire length of the A9 has a 50mph limit for trucks and that's what the Tesla always thinks I'm meant to be at. Basics first. Easily readable by even a machine.
