<10% of people were masked yesterday at Canadian Tire & Choices. My fellow maskers were mostly older people, wearing cloth or surgical masks which did not seal well enough to their faces. A pregnant cashier thanked me quietly for masking. She's afraid. I gave her an N95. #bcpoli

Got a Novavax shot today. Pharmacist lamented the waste. 10 doses/vile, good for 12h once opened & few people booking Novavax. Frustrating BC immunization booking system isn't smart enough to group these appointments together in the same day. Staff were bare faced.

Have you ever been forced to remove your mask indoors to prove your ID? Where? What happened? I was forced to unmask at @ICBC to take a photograph to renew my license (essential; no safe remote renewal option). No one else was masked in there. IAQ poor. I was infected with C19.

My kid went to @cibc to get a new debit card, and they insisted she remove her mask to prove it's her - signature and ID not enough proof. She insisted right back that she's not removing it. Eventually they caved and let her keep it on, but WTF?? The @LCBO doesn't even do that!
