Some good news: Canadian Red Cross just told us the end of their program has been extended from next week to late February 2023. That's a huge sigh of relief. So we'll keep getting free masks and rapid tests for them for at least another 3 months. 1/

Hospitals know it's a bad idea to let COVID spread. That's why they are still telling visitors to stay home if they have symptoms. But COVID can spread pre-symptomatically, and people aren't great about staying home when sick anyway. Refusing to require masks makes no sense.

We are amused that @RealSexyCyborg 's review of the Vitalight CO2 Monitor has been SO SUCCESSFUL that Amazon USA is SOLD OUT and our Canadian Charity (whom she generously mentions in the video!) is getting requests from Americans to ship to them! We're looking into it!

Good news, friends! Our partner, the manufacturer of the Vitalight mini-CO2 unit in Shenzhen, China has updated us that our custom units are currently being branded and assembled in the factory! We expect them to ship out in a couple of days and arrive in Canada late next week!

We purchase through United Canada. I’ve spoken to United Canada and been assured, both verbally and in writing that they purchase their masks from an authorized distributor. I have also confirmed that distributor is on the 3M Canada website.

This is one of the reasons I favor getting respirators from @canadastrong @DonateMask @unitedcanadainc @IntSafety and similar. Too many products on Amazon (masks and otherwise) are fake or of poor quality. See this video on the issue by Louis Rossmann:

If you tell me that people will die because they're wearing N95s instead of elastomeric respirators, you'll be blocked just like the last guy who did. Some people who tout themselves as COVID cautious are doing a lot more harm than good.
