I followed that fucking food pyramid and ate wholemeal and whole grain bread, pasta, cereal, rice with lean meat and low fat dairy. @TheDolceDiet I aim for higher cholesterol as it is protective of my heart. I only try to keep my triglycerides low and I do that by avoiding high carb foods. i avoid grains and legumes like the plague. High fructose food would not be my go to either.
