"Eat 5 meals a day, w some carbs for

, steamed veggies, 4-6 oz lean protein". I was always starving 24/7, eating all the time, couldn't wait to eat. Now, Ketovore plan, no hunger at all between meals. 3 meals a day.
@DaveEDanna
Dave, I'm the realist. Your eating too much, you fell off the wagon this weekend, how much weight did you gain? "WE" are food addicts trying to change lifestyles.
I care about you, and don't even know you. You need 3 decent meals a day bro, food got us in trouble, it always will!

Eat Clean! No holiday BS, maybe a larger plate of ham, fixings than usual. I workout way too hard, and eat way too clean to fark up on holidays or in general. 50 years experience of farking off, and on…..fark that!
Fuel Yesterday, was on the road. Fasted until 4PM, some beef Pho, was delicious! Also had some tuna fish from a sandwich, minus the bread and greens, and some beef jerky. Home or road, eating healthy matters.
@FitFounder

Recently quit 420/age 60/started/1978, was addicted to sugar/carbs/munchies. My Doc/Guru said "*420 stimulates estrogen and makes men act like a pregnant woman, who constantly is craving food...and it makes men hormonal/emotional/decreases testosterone. 3 weeks now/no sugar/carbs
Fuel today: Eggs/Steak/Chicken Breast/Yam/Cauliflower/Cottage Ch+ Cheddar/Steak/Parmesan/Garlic/Bone Broth/Pickles same meal as last night, forgot to take pic tonight.
Satiety Now, Water 24/7. Losing Fat, Adding Muscle, Feeling Real Good!
@ElieJarrougeMD
Good advice, should work for many of us! Not easy, but an addiction is an addiction, is an addiction. Sugar/Carbs/Booze/Weed/Cig's! Same fight, different substances!
@CarnivoreDad
Sugar + Carbs = more addicting to some of us than meth/cocaine, peeps can google that. I'm 31 days clean, no sugar, no carbs, no 420 (43 year habit).....Never Ever felt better, workouts, food...Dialed in! F everyone with their one sided opinions!
Fuel today: 3 eggs/2 whites/Chicken legs/3 eggs/Smoked Salmon/Cheese/Rib Eye/Pickles/Cheese/Bone Broth! Satiety Now!
Dropped the CARBS/Sweet Potato was making me too hungry between meals.....
@DividendBreeder
If not already, eliminate all sugar and dairy. My holistic chiropractors words of wisdom, it works. Also, the crap the doctors prescribe really does very lottle to help, on fact in many cases it causes more of an issue. Rest, lots of water, eat healthy, No Sugar, No Dairy. Facts
@FitFounder
60 in a month here Dan, I feel like I'm 30 something, lifting 5 days, come cardio, eating like.....this! Meal 1, eggs/sweet potato, 1/2 apple, cinnamon, water w lemon 24/7....I got this!
@wilsonhlthcoach
100%! Shoulder strain from training, used my right arm only for 3 weeks, was 80% 48 hours ago and dropped carbs completely, used left arm today, now 95%, and no pain, ache so far!
@DaleStarkA10
100% Truth, I did. Covid hit 2020, bought set of 15’s was 280 lbs and needed to start somewhere. Used the 15’s for 90 days then got some 20’s and 25’s. 3.5 years later I’ve trained 5 days a week and missed only 3 sessions, 3.5 years. Added all along the way! No better feeling!
@SBakerMD
@innoutburger

ADA way, more like gluttony, binge eating, boozing etc. same here, stop blaming the SAD, ADA, we were food binging addicts most of our lives, we simply didn’t overeat the food pyramid brother.
@RealJamesWoods
This was one of them, Zeus. Lived for 14 years, took care of mom n I, vice versa. All his siblings went to the academy, I bought him from a breeder as a puppy. Rest in eternal peace Zeus and Mom. Xoxo xoxo
Just keep showing up! 360lbs down
48 hr fast starts tonight
10k a day helped change my life. Even leaving my Vivosmart home, letting it die, and having hernia surgery; I still averaged over 14k the past year.
@AjRockatansky
1. Strength training, proper program, see a professional
2. Drop body fat, weight.
3. No more than 2,000 calories a day.
The above is the hard part, but most rewarding feeling, health, longevity.
