When I was a medical student , they always said too many HOs from Russia ,Ukraine ,Egypt and Indonesia would kill the KKM in the future. 2024: the real enemy was the ministry's actions and plans! Some Malaysian graduates from countries also plan to avoid HOship in Malaysia.

Mobilise the nurses and paramedics ,get the clinical year medical undergraduates to play house officers,control the attendance in specialist clinics via appointments,bring back permanent employment via EPF,at least. Non-modifiable ,or just poor initiative ?

@Fahmibinhassan Attended a national level audit workshop & was told that lack of manpower is now a non-modifiable issue. So yeah tunggu masa je ni KKM collapse, rakyat merana. HO dah takde. MO soon to be takde gak sebab makin ramai quit. Pakar pun dah start risau sebab nanti kena buat kerja MO.

@malaysiakini Better to be childfree ,than to be an irresponsible parent? We see so many stories of husbands not being able to provide for the wives and kids in Malaysia ,and yet that doesn't concern her ?

@nireshkaur It's a way of giving back to humanity. If you don't want to part with cash or worldly possessions , blood that is life-saving and can be used by humans of all races and religions is a very kind thing to share . And yea,charity washes away bad karma collected in this lifetime.

@jpagov Zaman sekarang zaman moden ,kalau masih ada mentaliti sedemikian ...memang susah untuk dapatkan usaha penuh dari staf. Untuk orang awam,inilah teknik yg mereka suka cakap apabila staf minta cuti dari sesetengah pihak atasan yang malas/berkira-kira.

@fedtriyahya Kalau kos sara hidup semakin tinggi,anda boleh pertimbangkan kerjaya baru dengan gaji yang lebih tinggi, kurangkan belanjawan rumah,cari pekerjaan kedua dan sebagainya. "Hidup papar ,janji syurga " sebenarnya susah,kan ? Tulis senang ,susah diharungi. skrg sudah mengeluh .

@timzulq1 Memanglah ,cara PKD ini mmg tidak masuk akal. Sgt zalim. Staf tdk cukup,tutup klinik. Kurangkan servis tambahan seperti saringan/Servis berhenti merokok,saringan kesihatan unit Sekolah. Mulakan sistem temujanji secara tegas demi hadkan beban petugas. Susah sgt ke :'-( ?
