Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu use 'Anak'. Only Melanau in Sarawak use Bin/Binti. Kadazandusun, Kadazan Rungus also use Bin/Binti (Sabahan slain ini sy tidak tau bangsa apa lagi yg guna term tu). The usage of those came from colonial times.

Time start tarian tu, lagu tradisi iban yg sy dengar tu macam chanting song. Very ancient old song sang by some nenek iban. I wasnt the only one listening to that song having goosebumps. First part of the tarian was okay, but something happened after they all langkah the piring.

My only mistake which I kinda regret is that during doctor medical checkup tu... Doc asked if I was physically abused... And I said straight no because at that time I was too excited that my mom finally filed for divorce. I was dumb 11-12yrs old.

If I have my own kid, I would advise my partner to hantar them to SJKC. Takpa fail Bahasa Mandarin cuz I've been there & done that. Just try to score other subjects. Kasi biasa tu anak pandai ckp Cina so they know the teas if someone is talking bad bhind them in another language.
