Fun fact: aku resigned 24 hour from KKM sebab boss tak grant AL (requested extra 5 days after paternity leave). Aku just cakap ok noted boss. Esoknya drove all the way 100km to that hospital and tendered my 24 hour notice. "Cuti bukan hak"

Fully aware of losing competent MOs this way. While on the 7 years 'Contract 4 Service' (C4S), they're offered 2b made permanent BUT 2b sent to Sabah/Swak, invariably they refused..then D-Day comes & 7th year expires..they are laid off Most unbecoming 4 YBMK 2 just b watching..

Kalau dah belajar 5 tahun jadi doctor, buat housemanship, jadi MO, ambil masters jadi pakar, gazette, kerja gomen yang underpaid bertahun2 as pakar, jadi consultant, pastu gaji dah 60-100k tu kalau tiba2 baru suami tak bagi kerja tu kasi starlight je sekali.

I remember during the peak of covid-19 delta waves. People literally dying due to insufficient oxygen in Hospital Selayang. Funny thing is, all the medical consultants and specialists chipped in and bought a lorry full of oxygen tank. Tapi hospital/KKM yang claim credit. Why??

Wakluu hospital baru aku ni kalau weekend oncall gotta do 3 days straight active oncall on friday to sunday. Then postcall on monday 5pm baru boleh balik. Meaning working for 81 hours straight. No wonder sebulan 2 MO in this department resign (every month)

Check up dekat KK. They are more thorough than private GP/hospital. Kalau nak beranak dekat private pun checkup je KK. Just go for the compulsory checkup with your preferred obstetrician once or twice je.

Hi rakan2, as of now there is no role nor proven benefits for oral acyclovir for HFMD ya. Mainstay of treatment is supportive care. Bitter jap sebab staff clinic dok push and tanya “doctor tak nak bagi acyclovir ke?” Causing me to second guessing myself. Correct me if im wrong
