Irish nationalists have had to endure this DUP stint of "Safeguarding the Union". The reason it wasn't labelled divisive is because nationalists have learned to live with democracy. If making a case for a United Ireland is divisive to you, that's your problem. Not nationalists.

I used to (in primary school) think people talking down Irish language in Ireland as "unnecessary" were coming from a practical POV. As I grew up, I realised that they talk it down to mask their inner shame and inability to sit down and connect to their own heritage.

Keep i mind that they added the civilian burning in post-production; originally most of that was green wildfire. That's why Dany didn't act like she had just massacred thousands of people in the next episode. This ending is such absolute trash. They knew it didn't make sense.
