@shawngorham I’ve learned there is no right way. For some they need joint checking accounts, others need 3 accounts his/hers/theirs. Some split everything 50-50. Some divide things by strengths and weaknesses. Some evolve and rotate over time. All that matters is it works for both people.

@Mqsley Kind of a boring answer. High protein low carb but not religious about it. Also more or less did intermittent fasting but again not religious about it at all. Walked 8k+ steps a day. I wanted to do something that felt easy and was sustainable as opposed to fastest path.
