One of the best life hacks I’ve ever adopted: Put everything you do through a filter of how it will make you feel 3+ hours from now. If it’s neutral or better, then do it. If it’s worse, avoid. Almost everything that makes you feel good now but worse in 3+ hours is better

@VeganRecovering Carbs - fruit, raw milk and honey. Long term carnivore is not good for you. It’s amazing for short term benefits but you’re electrolyte deficient & need to get some carbs in. You can cycle on and off if you need to go back to carnivore for a health goal.

@anothercohen I live in one, and I can think of a dozen communities in Utah, Colorado & Texas that prove this wrong. Unless you define 'walkable' as walkable to a bar or coffee shop. I define 'walkable' as well maintained side walks to green spaces, parks, hiking trails, splash pads, etc.
