Had a conversation with a potential client today, they asked where all their traffic had gone We looked into it for them.. Turns out their ‘cheap’ Web agency didn’t redirect the www to non www and also deleted a lot of high ranking pages. Cheap WP agencies = Expensive mistake

Recently took on an SEO client & their website is trash. Happens too often. Some dev put in random bits of code, injecting css etc Now google doesn’t recognise an LCP in page speed 🫣 Needless to say their traffic TANKED. Now we’re tasking with fixing it… WP DEVS HIT MY DMs!

My biggest realisation when hiring talent was reading Reed Hastings. If you want to build Netflix, you’re building an elite team. Outside of paying good wages and searching for A players - the Keeper Test. Would you fight to keep that employee? If not… Maybe time to rehire.

This week our agency lost 4 clients. 1 - Our decision. 2 - Acquired. 3 - Cancelled the retainer at 4x roas 4 - Company didn't get funded and closing shop Overall, we lost $6-7k in MRR. So, here's Day 1 of building back up and hitting $50k MRR. Plus, daily updates on what I do!

Has anyone else bought domains via @rsinstantly ? Tried it with 2 alias x 2 domains and after a few weeks warm up, they've stopped sending. Support say they've reached daily limit (but they were sending ~30 a day) All accounts we set up ourselves are still going strong...👀
