@EastSolanoPlan @samgreeenberg I have to say, this is probably the best zoning code I’ve ever read. The CMU zoning alone is more liberal than the downtown zoning in most places! Love that hotels, offices, and housing are all allowed up to 8 stories without setbacks and with ministerial approval!
