It’s not the scale, I was weighed at the doctors in January (95kg) The pants make me look less fat than I am, I store most fat in my legs/hips I’ve done a lot of different sports (dancing, martial arts, weight lifting, cardio etc) so maybe I have more muscle than average?? 😭
