@biskt1234 they do mean cook weight tho, like the packet has idk 100 cals per 100g, the noodles and shit are 20g but after putting THE RECOMMEND amout of water you get 400g, so its 400 cals, you always have to add the recommend amout of water to the weight and calculate from there
