Best Navy news I've read this year.
Hope they baked a huge cake to celebrate.
With the decline in bilateral relations between India and China,

argues that future scenarios for transboundary water resource cooperation look increasingly dim, even as lack of clarity and communication ramp up uncertainty.

The lessons from Falklands War, particularly the attack on MV Atlantic Conveyor, and especially the logistical implications that resulted from the loss of the ship & its cargo, should be memorized & understood by all IndoPacific planners.
Worse, transporter Atlantic Conveyor was hit by 2 Exocet missiles, killing 12 men and destroying Chinook and Wessex helicopters - which were to ferry troops to Stanley for the final battle with Argentine forces in the Falklands. Now they would have to yomp across the island.
