The best decision Pelosi can make on her Taiwan stop is to visit the original Din Tai Fung. McCain wasn’t above it. In 2016 we grabbed Din Tai Fung to go after our 4 hour trip to Taipei. Ate it on the way to Tokyo.

Taiwan’s semiconductor industry isn’t a commodity, it’s a delicate/sophisticated manufacturing operation made up of engineers and supply chains. The idea it can be sized by the PRC like territory or a mineral in the ground is leading to a lot of poor analysis.

I honestly am not interested about the meeting in Rome. The world hinges on if Beijing is giving Russia direct military assistance or not. It’s amazing this isn’t getting more coverage. If Russia’s war is being sponsored by Beijing it changes everything.
