Ok so I was up at 4am. Had 5 scrambled cheese eggs at 4:30 am and have been running non stop all day. So is 12 hours considered a fast? Anyway I broke it with 2 of these. Hand pressed 80/20 huge BBG burgers with Havarti and Cheddar and an egg. Delicious.

@HalCranmer @Steve2568813722 My heart rate actually dropped a tiny bit without it. But it dropped to a more normal level at 74 +/- on average where I was at 80 +/- while on it. But I was 130 for months after bypass and had to have the electric shock which fixed it for like 3 days. lol.
