This Provo neighborhood near BYU has a nice mix of SFHs & small & large apartments. It is also walkable to downtown, UVX BRT, Amtrak, & FrontRunner commuter rail to SLC. Utah has pretty good transit for such a conservative state. The beautiful mountain scenery also is a plus
