@CohenSite Oil refineries. Massive heavy industrial yards. Bad 1940s housing stock. Bad schools. Violent crime. Richmond is the only part of the SF Bay Area that resembles Detroit. But- like Detroit, there is a very small awesome neighborhood on the water called Point Richmond. Very nice.
