My unsolicited advice to bar takers is to do what works for you and ignore how everyone else is preparing and what anyone else tells you. It’s intense, and nerve-wracking, and there’s no one-size fits all approach. You’ve made it this far, keep doing what works.

@BarExamTutor I think it’s because law school whelmingly focuses on litigation, eg here’s to interpret a contract in the event of a dispute. But also law school in general does not focus on practical applications. How many civ pro students ever draft a 12b6 motion?
