It’s called language relativity and is the hardest barrier for non-natives to overcome. There are also absolutely no solutions for this and ChatGPT is a great tool to reshape your thoughts in a native way.
I firmly believe science and engineering fields should be considered creative. We biasedly consider creative fields to be only art-related, but creativity is a free-form exploratory process that leads to creation, which is the basis of scientific discovery
At Science, we prioritize collaborating with the community to help accelerate progress in neural engineering, so today we’re making our Nixel 512 and Pixel 2K & 16K chips for neural stim and record available to others
excited to see how they get used!
The most transformative foundation model yet may be the large nature language model that will decipher the languages of mathematics, physics, biology, and other sciences, fundamentally enhancing our comprehension of how the world functions
Do you want to help create the future of Brain Interfaces? We’re looking for ambitious engineers, scientists, and operations experts to join our early team at Integral as we build transformative neurotechnology for treating and understanding brain disorders. 🧵
ChatGPT is insanely good to help with linguistic relativity for non-native speakers. There were absolutely no tools for that except tutors or a massive amount of hours spent in native culture.

Every 5th child in the US drinks no water at all, they use soda and other sugary drinks to make up the difference. Are these artificially built habits the diversity and joy they are aiming for?
So this is happening! I’m taking a sabbatical to start a minimally invasive bioelectronics company:
@motifneuro
We plan to demonstrate the smallest, least invasive neural interface in humans by the end of 2024. Wish us luck! 🤞 🧠

As artificial intelligence continues driving the field forward, the need for standards and scalable capabilities in an evolving multi-omic landscape has never been greater.
This is such an important message from

! Rebuilding a bridge should take months, not years!
We need to start building things at scale and with speed again using
@elonmusk
and
@SpaceX
as blueprints and removing regulations.
Time to build 🇺🇸🚀🇺🇸

Ask yourself, if Russian army showed itself as totally inefficient (a consequence of a corruption for decades), are there really any working nukes? 🤔
Malta Week is coming up and we are pleased to announce these fantastic speakers, who are doing us the great honor of speaking at Med-Tech Stage on 17-18 November 2022!

Also a good reminder that a lot of engineering and science is lost in transition to the market, and that product design over-leverages tech in consumer products

There's a very high probability of AI being used for the delegation of creative tasks to support or fully substitute marketing/branding/design tasks etc.
My first arbitrage venture was cross-border electronics sales, although at 18. Before that, I was selling my art to kids who needed to pass their art class in school
My first startup was candy arbitrage.
I would buy candy for 10 cents at the grocery store and sell it at school for $1.
And I’ve heard that exact same story from so many other founders that I’ve come to believe it’s a genetic marker for successful entrepreneurs.
@hiddensmallcaps
I'd argue that Blackrock is 10 years ahead. Blackrock has a momentum of being the first in human although they have crude outdated solutions. There are better emerging BCI solutions (better than Neuralink too). Being first in this market is not a competitive advantage.

A homeless with a slight signs of consciousness ran on me with two kids near the playground, one of my children was a newborn. Gladly a stranger stopped him. It doesn’t happen in the majority of big cities’ downtowns, so there’s no excuses for something like this
Emphasizing founders in investment decision-making over ideas makes so much sense, but somehow I still see more excitement about tech/products/ideas than the people behind all of it

They also struggle to show the source of clear funds sometimes (this could lead to sanction organisations). This is true for smaller ones. The largest ones are under sanctions or closely related to those under sanctions.

wrote in 2012 that sounds more relevant than ever: . Insane to realize the misdiagnosis rate still high
Imagine the future where AI will have enough creditability to form justified and reasonable political decisions to serve as an underlying level for worldwide politics
@chrissyfarr
How about some remote solutions being pretty good revenue makers with a patchy efficacy. We can do better than substituting one inefficient system with the other.
