Pre Covid the 10 year treasury was ~1.9% Now the 10 year is ~4.1% For simplicity, if you calculate net present value (NPV) using Discount Cash Flows (DCF), a 2.2% rise should only result in a NPV of ~20-25% lower. $GOOGL is at ~50% lower multiple.

Most big turnaround winners typically have this kind of bottoming pattern. I've found that the chart tends to tell the turnaround before the fundamentals do. Many of these end up being dogs so it takes some digging, but these are where you can find the elusive 50 to 100-baggers

10x over 10 years is 25.9% per year If I can get 30-50% in a few months I typically sell with the hopes of compounding that again. Losses are part of the game but by minimizing them, I’ve found I can compound better this way vs buy and hold.
