The fact that 烧饼油条牛肉面 did not originate from TW takes nothing away from the authenticity that is Taiwanese cuisine. 台湾牛肉面is its own unique dish, but to categorically say that 牛肉面 and 烧饼 are Taiwanese without qualifying them as the TW versions are pushing it.
