A few days before my shoulder injury in November 2023.
I'm glad I can train them again. Was dealing with this injury for too long. I haven't injected anything since 2017, and this photo is just 4 months after my 3.5-year break. The muscle memory is insane.

And I'm still hearing you don't need to train your abs to get abs.
Of course you don't, but it's like saying you don't need to train your triceps to grow your triceps via training chest, sure, it will grow, but not the way it could when trained.

Great list. To be completely fair with you, I’d swap Lats with Traps including neck. They are more frequently used daily. You maintain the posture, working out traps and neck is important for head and neck movements, stress and tension relief, and they give you shoulder stability

Some weighted chin ups today.
Heaviest set for 6 reps.
Total weight of 290Lbs/131kgs.
Will cut weight down and go for 8-10 reps (reverse pyramid).
Get strong doing these and the results will show.

. Week 8 was skipped due to my trip to Malaysia, and I feel like I stepped back a little.
It also feels like there’s been a bit of stagnation.
