And I'm still hearing you don't need to train your abs to get abs. Of course you don't, but it's like saying you don't need to train your triceps to grow your triceps via training chest, sure, it will grow, but not the way it could when trained. There's a lot of bf here.

@GaintrustMikey Great list. To be completely fair with you, I’d swap Lats with Traps including neck. They are more frequently used daily. You maintain the posture, working out traps and neck is important for head and neck movements, stress and tension relief, and they give you shoulder stability
