@vrexec I did this for most of my 20s… it got old. Best to do both, IMO. I work remotely and my wife, son, and I still travel ~4 months a year and spend the rest of the year at home with family. Very hard to develop a routine and make real progress when constantly on the move.

I was disappointed when I found out lifting burns ~300 cals. It’s a great start but you’ve essentially bought yourself your post workout shake in terms of CICO. You’ll recomp for sure, but not going to lose weight unless you up your steps/cardio or drop cals to < 2k.
