@BenRothenberg What you fail to mention is that the penalty order is based purely on written statements. NO evidence taken or seen. That's what the trial is for. He is allowed his day in court to defend himself. The ATP actually DID see evidence and made their ruling.

I just want him to play again, whenever he can. Trying to stay grateful that we saw the old Nole back, heroicly winning amazing matches. He gave us so much this week.
