After 19 years of being on methadone to help control my pain, I was denied coverage by Wellcare and have to appeal their decision. They throw out a bunch of word salad about not meeting requirements. Uh, it's always been approved for almost 20 years. What changed? Wish me luck.

I have to go for an MRI of my lower back today. I was supposed to get it done last Saturday but I had a panic attack. I'm more claustrophobic than most - like really, REALLY bad. My doc prescribed 1mg lorazepam. I hope it works. Keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer. 🤞🙏
