I think @PokerNews has become a shadow of what it once was. The reporters don’t even try any more. The reporting is inaccurate and irrelevant. Their chip counts aren’t updated and they miss a ton of big spots and they don’t care, as long as they post something every few minutes.

It’s frustrating @PokerNews . Friends, family, investors search for updates all summer and instead of having them, they end up texting me. Yesterday I go from 400k to a million to zero in a 25k event, and there’s not one hand write-up. Only one chip count update in 8 hours.

You don’t want to call 15 big blinds and risk tripling him up and/or having the big stack call behind you and have to play out of position post draw. Benny prob figured becker was gonna call the jam, and his fold here is fine.

Recommendations for 2024 @WSOP : 1. @PokerNews has been unbearable for the past few years and needs to be better (reporters: act as if you’re trying). 2. Online events lack integrity and are easy to collude/cheat. Final tables play live or shouldn’t count for POY. 3. 5-card PLO!

@SavagePoker Maybe you should make a private poll just for serious players and pros, and you’ll see that the number of us who want 15% would be close to zero. 12.5% is ideal for products such as wsop and WPT, while 10% is more ideal for PokerGO and such events that are basically all pros.

@DMBakes I love dogs but I kinda agree with Bakes here. Could you imagine if everyone brought a dog or 2 to their poker tournaments? Where do you draw the line for what’s acceptable? I don’t think it’s a fitting setting for pets, especially in consideration of those with allergies.
