I have a good record in stud8 so skipping the 1500 stud8 today is painful but no way am i playing 3 days to min cash & miss two other good events. Something has to be done about tv schedule dictating everything. Nobody pays us a penny. Stud & NL 2-7 players getting jerked around

Skipping 10k razz out of an abundance of caution. Thus ends a lackluster wsop for me. Made so many day 2s I only ended up in 20 events (cashed 5) but best finish was 3rd in a 1500 so basically buried. Had my chances & super jealous of all the multibracelet winners this crazy year

One of the most silly fallacies in poker. Imagine sitting at a cash table and being mad at a guy for going all in in the dark every hand. The way @RealKidPoker plays rebuy events is massively -ev for him and +ev for the field. Just say “thank you” that he only cares about winning

Poker used to be more of a level playing field and success could be attributed, mostly, to the "game" you brought to the game, but six bullets puts so many at a disadvantage. Even on a smaller scale unlimited re-entry has most of us starting in a hole.

@GmanPoker This seems like a fine place to give you my best parent tip - get a sound machine & use it in baby’s room from day 1. They’ll get used to it & you don’t have to worry about making noise. Later you can take it w you on trips & it helps a ton w them sleeping in new places. Easy!

Out with a whimper in the OE. My wsop is finished! An odd summer where I started out awfully and then got roughly even in all big bet events. Did beyond terrible in all the small buyin mix events and a little better in the high buyins. Overall I survived!

A thing I was feeling during the wsop but just figured out how to say - feels like there are 2 separate poker audiences now. The high stakes tourneys are catering to 1 (trending toward chess / mental games) & high stakes cash games are catering to another (degens who want blood)

Poker is primarily tourney form on tv, the 1st prize can be life changing & it’s good drama, but its not a spot where players feel calm & comfy. Cash games will always have more personality, but there is no “winner”/no conclusion, what’s more valuable? @berkey11 @RealKidPoker

As it stands now everyone thinks it’s this personal attack when it would be seen as a standard part of keeping the game moving if it was done frequently and without malice
