The value of commercial property is based on its rentable value, so they essentially have to always only allow it to be rented for the current market price. If they charge less than market rate, the property is worth less and may lead to negative equity.

He's most probably thinking that he's in his lane and you're in his, so he's not 'overtaking' in the traditional sense. It's a confusing layout for drivers. @HenryB12345 @JoRigby_Balham The only thing you got right there is insurance. VED is a general tax. It's nothing to do with damage/crime. Fuel duty is also a general tax. They money raised doesn't go towards roads specifically. It's goes into the big pot that pays for everything. Hospitals, gov wages etc.
