Young Creative Associate's scheme, I've been given some funding for this project! The Braag will be opening for submissions of poetry pamphlets and poetry or speculative fiction microchapbooks!
Ugh. Saw a press alert antho submitters that they were rejected by announcing on insta that if they haven't received an acceptance, they were rejected. Don't do this.
A side note: this issue of Carmen et Error was absolutely one of the hardest to put together,
@SarahRoyston4
and I were overwhelmed by the quality of submissions. We said no to so much good stuff!
We had over 200 submissions and only room for 7 pieces 😱
I can also announce that
@SarahRoyston4
's forthcoming prose chapbook with us is called Fernseed: A Collection of Tales, and will be published September 2024! 🌿🌈 Where language is as strange and lush as the world around it!
TWO WEEKS until submissions open for both poetry and prose pamphlets!

✨ Work with writers across the UK (but are VERY keen to hear from northern writers)
