@plagueprose Harm reduction is great! But we need systemic changes to make long lasting impacts. We need clean air, ppe at work and schools, sick leave, remote work options, healthcare that you can access.

@dr_cosmo And masks are expensive. When I have to do hard labor I bring extras I can switch between. Some people are using the same mask for months bc they don't have others. At the end of the day, I just want people to have the safest working conditions they are able to get
