I kind of hate discord. It's great if you need to be in touch with one group of people, it's overwhelming if you want to be part of multiple communities.
PSA: If you tested positive for COVID

Today, we broke another record when it comes to ensuring Americans have access to health care:
21.3 million folks have now signed up for health coverage through the ACA.
Americans have been clear: They don’t want the Affordable Care Act repealed – they want it strengthened.

"could be embarrassing".....? Children were murdered and they're stigmatizing normal human emotion instead of cooperating.
@EveForster
@Tinu
What's the argument with "you probably had it already" anyway? Like so what if I have? I don't want it a second time, having it once doesn't give me some life long immunity or anything.
There are people saying we need a preventative for COVID like there is for HIV and....we did, we had that, then the authorization was pulled because it became ineffective because y'all refused to practice mitigations speeding up the creation of variants.
@AshtynLaw
Even just the ones who send out cards and call for your 6 month cleaning, like hi, you knows my insurance only covers one every 12 months, stop.

Disabled people can have relationships jfc, they get married even, you know unless they can't afford to lose their benefits since there isn't actually marriage equality.
@drdagly
Had a doc say he was going to do a thing, sprayed something, said nothing else, suddenly he's in my face trying to shove a scope in - like hi hello, I have PTSD and a startle reflex thanks for asking.
Are y'all seriously trying to put a global general strike together in a day?

You better check on every single one of your disabled and senior friends, family, and neighbors, and make sure they have access to everything they need tomorrow.
@DrCarolineMWF
Sure but the 3rd or 4th time is going to get you different micro expressions because we're having to repeat ourselves, again and it makes it feel like people weren't listening or actually interested the first 3 times.
@AshishKJha46
Masks are not noise.
Filtration and ventilation can cause noise but aren't themselves noise.
Stop willing contributing and encouraging others to contribute to a mass disabling event.
@4WheelWorkOut
I know disabled college students already being told that remote learning isn't possible next semester and they have to show up in person.
@HateFarming
Are you going to drink filtered and treated water forever? They only started that because of cholera and that hasn't been an issue here for a century.
Instead of complicated home insurance policies, in case of flood, fire or other natural disaster, simply abandon your home and purchase another

Hi. The scientists say we should still distance and mask for quite a while. Imma do what they suggest.
Also they're cremating remains in parking lots in India.

"we keep dragging our feet on universal healthcare so you better get vaccinated or we'll really give you something to cry about"
Please hire disabled marginalized people to consult on your messaging, pay them at a premium, and LISTEN to them.

@raya4
If you're confined in a room with someone who has more power and authority than you, with your rep, or job at stake, consent is not as simple as asking.
@CDCDirector
But you're not protecting them. Protecting them also means controlling the spread in general. Plus masks, tests, and financial support so they stay home when needed.
