I have struggled a bit over the last couple weeks, scale weight pissing me off, and just feeling like progress isint happening. Comparison may be the thief of joy, but it 100% contributed to where I am today. The 285lb me two years ago would be overjoyed with this progress.

I have 🙋🏻‍♂️and I can tell you for certain, a calorie deficit is indeed a calorie deficit regardless of how you’d like to slice it. I am on the verge of losing 100 total lbs and I eat a bagel almost every morning. How?! I budget it into my deficit 😱😱

As you can see I hit a real sticking point for a while. It was really frustrating - made some adjustments by adding a bit of zone 2 activity and carb cycling. Also really focused on bites/licks/tastes and eliminating any non-journaled cals completely. Last 2 weeks have been ❤️‍🔥
