Podcasts are amazing.
They're free.
You can listen anywhere.
And they can be super valuable...
... but the problem is finding the right podcasts.
Here's a list of my top 10 podcasts of 2021.

My man, homie is just trying to make a living and you’re asking about seed oils.
If you care about seed oils that much eat at home or stop being a bitch
Some fast food chains use FAKE butter. I know it’s fast food but this is still crazy to me.
I’m not sure why you would add garbage seed oils like canola or soybean to something as sacred and nutritious as butter.
Is it maybe that cheaper oils = more profits? When that comes at
Everyone was clapping when
@elonmusk
bought twitter and said they would be breaking and testing a ton of features moving forward.
He’s doing exactly what he said he would and people are still mad.
Elon Musk risked his net worth and his life to save Twitter and by extension civilization. Site is glitchy for a few people and people act like it was Armageddon. Try to have more resolve, people. Thanks
Left picture:
• drug addict
• no confidence
• T levels nonexistent
Right picture:
• health addict
• sky high confidence
• T levels through the roof
It all started with one decision.
I was in Florida last week and seen a townhouse listed for $225,000 and I find that hilarious because I just found 50+ acres in Pennsylvania with a natural spring and a river running through it for $100,000.
Not even a debate in my mind….
ALWAYS remember how far you've come in your journey towards a better life.
It's easy to get caught up in life and become ungrateful, but by taking a look back in time you'll realize you're 100x better today than you were 365 days ago.
Progress is relative to YOU.
Without the guy on the left, I would have never become the guy on the right.
Be thankful for the GOOD and BAD in life because it all has something to teach you.
5 years ago I tried to end my life because of drug addiction.
Today i'm building the future I only dreamed about.
Here's a short story on why you should never give up..

This past Sunday I was baptized by my brother and went to church with a strong group of men afterwards.
I couldn't think straight all day because I was processing the profound love that was in my heart all day.
I realized that everything is working out just as planned.

5 years ago I had just gotten out of rehab and thought I would NEVER fix my life. Now 5 years later I have an amazing job, business, and also engaged to be married to the love of my life!!
Change happens quick.
A guy I use to get high with 8 years ago reached out to me today out of the blue.
Mind you, we haven’t spoke since 2016 and he messages me out of the blue involved in the same shit years later.
Hard to see a guy continue to shoot himself in the foot but on the other hand it

I was in a rehab with a gay like this and I didn’t mind him plus his parents always brought tons of snacks/food that he shared. Cool guy, hope he’s well and stayed away from the crack when he got out.
@AlpacaAurelius
If you’re on the internet 24/7 I could see how you feel that way but go out into the community and life is going great.
Big disconnect between the 2.
Benefits I’m noticing with daily red light therapy:
Sauna sessions more bearable
High energy in the morning
Improved skin complexion
Waking up earlier
Better sleep
What about you guys?

tweets about this a few weeks ago I upped my dose from around 1g a day to 5g a day and could see a NOTICEABLE difference in my cognition, attention span, and energy.
Lion’s Mane Mushroom, Hericium erinaceus Suppresses H2O2-Induced Oxidative Damage and LPS-Induced Inflammation in HT22 Hippocampal Neurons & BV2 Microglia
Lion's mane is called the “smart mushroom,”It supports cognitive function, memory & attention span
I lifted weights for 3 years and barely gained any size.
I got a mentor and he helped me fix the 4 biggest mistakes 90% of people make when they start weight training.

I earned this medallion 6 years ago when I completed a 90 day drug rehabilitation program.
On the back is the Serenity prayer which is popular in the recovery community and often said at the start or end of every meeting.
Life’s been a rollercoaster the past 2 weeks and I was
@SolBrah
I've been radiating energy and motivation since I quit the sauce.
10/10 recommend to anyone out there.
added benefit is you lose all your drunk friends who hold you back.
Did both in January after a silly deadlifting injury.
Went from thinking I would never walk again right to running in 7 days.
I’ve used it for clients and friends with similar effects with a very few cases of it not helping at all.
BPC-157 and TB-500 could put THOUSANDS of doctors out of business
These 2 miracle peptides repair muscles, tendons, bones, ligaments, & more
Like cortisone shots, except they actually work...
Will expedite natural healing time by 3-5x
Nothing like them IMO 🔥
@Cernovich
Interesting thing I’ve noticed:
I know 6ish women under 30 in my small town who started OF anonymously and as soon as town caught wind they nuked their accounts.
Isn’t the whole goal to get more subs = more $
Subconsciously know it’s bad
@Cernovich
I’ve been working on my mindset and being more optimistic and positive the past 8 months and in doing so I’ve come to the unsettling realization that 90% of people speak negatively about EVERYTHING.
Really makes me want to be the complete opposite
The biggest leaps in personal development i've experienced in my life was after eating magic mushrooms.
Not for everyone and don't try this at home.
If you do I don't give you permission to sue me.
I knew how to hustle my family when I was deep into my heroin addiction. They stuck around for far longer than they should have but they also did want to “abandon” me (thus enabling me)
No blame to them but once they finally cut me off is when I hit the inevitable rock bottom
People who had a family member who was a druggie have a different perspective on these issues than all the “compassionate” types. Decades of theft from family, drug fueled violence and meltdowns. Druggies aren’t helpless people. They are manipulators and calculating.
When I first got a whoop that was the biggest thing I noticed.
Even just one beer raises the ❤️rate decently.
Not to mention your recovery numbers throughout the night and much worse.
Haven’t drank in months because of this.
Haven’t thought about going back yet either🤷🏼♂️
Surprised Big Alcohol hasn’t bought Whoop. Every guy I know with one has cut alcohol down considerably, even stopping altogether. I used to drink glass or two of wine most nights. Almost never do anymore once seeing what it does to the heart.
90-95% of shoulder surgeries are preventable.

Shameless shill of Notable once again. Amazed by the effectiveness of what
@nootropicguy
has put together.
10/10 recommend.
Now excuse me while I go get a bunch of work done in 1/2 the time.
5 years ago I was a 120-pound heroin addict who no one wanted around or respected.
Today I'm a healthy man who's spreading his message of hope and helping other men change their lives.
Blessed🙏
On this day 7 years ago I almost died.
I thought my life would never be the same and that I would be destined for failure for the rest of my life.
Here's the story:
