There is no such thing as Qur'ān only Muslim. Disbelieving in the Sunnah is a rejection of al-Islām in its entirety. The so called 'Quranists' are not part of any of the misguided sects amongst the Muslims, rather they are mushrikūn entirely, similar to the Qadiyanis.
