I never try to draw attention to unsung heroes. But today a guy came into the animal shelter to surrender his beloved dog cuz he is being evicted on Monday.Instead, the shelter staff quietly collected the funds amongst themselves needed to keep them BOTH housed. And I see grace🙏

@ahouse4all Also: Stop all evictions unless the tenant murdered someone in the rental. Force all LLs into mandatory mediation where they MUST come to a compromise that fairly keeps the tenant housed. All evictions are extrajudicial attempted murder that too often result in death.
