With the unprecedented partisanship demonstrated by big tech in the past few days, they lost high moral ground to criticise countries that shut off social media during elections.
The punishment is the process. To contextualise , a person who has not been charged with any offence has been remanded. The only correct course of action would have been to set him free and determine next course of action after ruling on validity of the void charge sheet.
