If the supreme court had followed the constitution on conducting an enquiry into the conduct of a PE, the petition wouldn't have been withdrawn legally, but once you allow yourselves to conduct a PEP like an ordinary trial suit, you get embarrassed by NUP's snub.

The constitution offers equal protection before the law irrespective of one's nationality. If you owe money to someone, the courts should enforce the debt without any excuse. A great lawyer once said, liability to pay ones debts is not a matter of law but one of manners.
