The country needs to have a national dialogue on a way forward. When @UgandaEC says no meetings, what will happen on voting day? Will there be agents or people allowed to stay at polling station to guard votes? Will vote counting be done in absence of some voters as witnesses?

I think we are taking COVID-19 fight out of context. Ugandans have a right to choose that is enshrined in the constitution. That's why at the peak of HIV/AIDS govt created awareness about it but never closed hotels or shot people that went to hotels to have unprotected sex.
