Love it when you work on a tune til like 5am. Leave it, forget, check in the morning and its 50/50 its shit or ok. Boi when its good... blew myself off my chair today like "how tf did i do that, i wasnt even thinking deep" I LIVE FOR THIS FEELING even if no one likes the tune lol

DJ Crystl is such an underrated producer and bizarrely the first 12" i got of his when i was about 13 was the Perpetual Motion EP on payday with 2 HEAVY hip hop tracks and 2 brilliant jungle tracks with MCs over the top. Anyone know this one? Very overlooked

When i heard @I_Skream remix of DMZ Ancient Memories end of 2006 that changed EVERYTHING - when i found out he used FL (which I was using) not only changed my musical pursuits but my production. I had been listening to Vex'd prior but just thought it was breakcore. I was 14/15 😮
