Daigo Akuma reminds me of the two weeks during SF4 when he played Akuma in that it is the driest thing possible yet he’s somehow winning. Man only does 5HP xx fireball, whiff punish sweep, and walking 3/4 of the screen uninterrupted to throw, yet he’s beating world class players.

Convenient Honda OS after HP hands on hit (+2): you can chase down people who jump out of the throw attempt with HP headbutt. This trades favorably with specifically timed jump buttons (100 damage dealt vs 90 received on a typical jump heavy). Super is unfortunately too slow.

Super easy 50/50 with Onibi + Tengu Stones. Works on both recoveries, just need to confirm if the chicken hop hits or whiffs. Everything shown here can be optimized too (charged HP rather than cr.HP, HK stanky leg instead of MK, more reps, etc), I'm just lazy. #sfv_oro

Buttslam HKD is a pretty big buff: right now buttslam -> dash leaves Honda at +4 but against backroll, the opponent drops out of your 3x light string due to distance, so you have to do 2x light into hands. HKD ensures you can loop buttslam into 3x lights xx buttslam again.

Now off a real setup instead of raw activate: - You can always wakeup parry, either recovery - In burnout, recover in place and the tornado disappears - If you accidentally backroll in burnout, wiggle and you take less chip -- may be wider chars only, need to test regular chars.

After back throw into the corner and dashing, Honda is still +5 and in range for LK/EX Oicho. Coupled with the new hands buff, you can threaten a strike/throw 50/50. And if they mash to trade with 2MK, you get a trade combo. #sf6_honda #sf6_ehonda

Building off this: buttslam DR 2HP is +9 oH, so if they mash you get 5HP into max damage. If you don't want to confirm the CH or they get clipped on a jump/backdash, 5HK works but you sacrifice ~500 damage. On block you're +3 just outside throw range. #SF6_honda #SF6_ehonda
