@ThomasSowell It may be a shocker, but there are many poor and even some middle close folk who have never been on a plane, some due to fear and some just because they can't afford to take a vacation. I have been on many planes in my life but realize that there are many who have not.

@rebelEducator I don't know where you are getting your numbers, but most states don't spend 17,800 per student in public schools, it's not even close. Also, private schools are able to select their students and their students are on average wealthier than public school students.
