We are continuing efforts on the viaducts on Fulton, Milwaukee, and Lake between Clinton and Canal. Due to an uptick in criminal activity in the area and our continued insistence for additional support from CPD and the Mayor’s Office, attention on this area has increased.

This morning, there was a shooting incident at Desplaines and Fulton. I’ve been in touch with CPD’s 12th District about safety in this area and will continue to be as they work this case. This is an ongoing investigation, and I will provide more updates as they’re available.
