Dihing Kinar Nocte Center, is predominately a Naga village in Dibrugarh where there was no history of any sporting activity.This year we started a BVL center. See the mothers sending their child to play the first match of their life in BVL Season 3

Two major reason why sports is tough in #Assam ? # 3 months of typical floods and monsoons. 1 month post floods recovery. # School closes at 3pm and sun sets at 4.30pm during non-monsoon months
