Every one of these cities is incredibly safe—including for women at night ALL of China had ~7K murders(pop 1.4B) last year compared to >20K in the US(pop 330M). The American/Brazilian/South African notion that random violence is an inevitable part of urban life is absurd & wrong

The African American rioters were mostly from Compton & Watts aka SoCal Suburbia. They were not poor or oppressed by any objective standard—certainly not the men. Even in the 90s—BM were already responsible for more violence/murder against Asians, Latinos & Whites than vice verse

@AsianDawn4 I don’t condone slurs but physical violence is always worse than verbal offense. Been called the c-word/g-word(mostly by African-American youths) and didn’t respond with assault—for one, I know that unlike these lovely ladies, I won’t get the benefit of doubt and would be jailed
