Today I attended the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) annual prize-giving ceremony, to collect the Parkes Memorial Prize, recognising the work I have done around #FGM education both in the military and also with @EducationFgm It is a great honour to win such a prestigious award.

A few weeks ago, I picked up my Diploma in Medicine in Conflict and Catastrophe (DMCC) from @ApothecariesLDN 🎓 This diploma has given me a greater understanding of the intricacies of global health, + working with international aid agencies and NGOs. And the ceremony was great!
