@MarinaMedvin The officer cut off blood to the brain by kneeling on the corotid artery, not his throat. Floyd spoke 15 times in roughly 5 minutes shows he was getting air. What he wasn't getting was blood flow to the brain because of the officer. Floyd's fragile hyoid was intact as per ME.
